Sara J. Evans
Sara's transactional practice covers many areas of commercial real estate law, including multifamily, retail, office, land/subdivision development, homebuilding, hotel-motel projects and office warehouse. Her representation of real estate clients naturally extends to determining and forming the appropriate ownership entity, along with negotiation and related drafting of corporate, partnership and LLC documentation. Sara also has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance.

Sara's background and skills combine both the business and the legal aspects of commercial real estate. A banking veteran of the 1980s Texas real estate crash, Sara marketed and sold over $200 million in commercial REOs (foreclosed properties) for Home Savings of America, which at the time was the largest thrift in the U.S. During the early 1990s, while attending law school at Washington University in St. Louis, Sara applied her property management and foreclosed property sale expertise as an REO asset manager for three different local banks.
