Phyllis Dupuy Bevel

Phyllis works as a paralegal at Koons Real Estate Law, where she provides invaluable assistance in drafting initial drafts of real estate documentation for attorney review. Phyllis also does significant follow-up with title companies and third parties to assure that closing instructions are complied with, documents are recorded and returned for closing binders, and that title insurance is properly issued. Phyllis adds that important finishing touch to our clients’ transactions.
