Having served as Office Manager and Paralegal for the firm for more than eleven (11) years, Mary Ann is the corporate memory of the firm. Her duties include billing, payroll, human resources, office accounting, and office administration. Mary Ann also is an experienced real estate and corporate paralegal, who keeps more than 300 entities current with annual minutes and reminders.
