Jennie is a North Carolina native who has adopted Texas as her home. Though her blood runs Carolina blue during basketball season, she prefers to live in Texas where the people are as wide-open as the real estate. She is licensed and has practiced real estate law in both states. Jennie has experience in handling all types of real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, acquisition, development, including commercial and residential land development, title and survey review, lending on both the lender and borrower side, and leasing.
