Practice Description:
Brian's transactional practices encompasses a broad range of commercial real estate including
single-family and master-planned community development, homebuilding, entitlement issues,
property owner associations, acquisitions and dispositions of improved and unimproved
property, retail development and leasing, multi-family, real estate finance on both the lender and
borrower sides, office development and leasing, and loan workouts. Brian also has considerable
experience forming and setting up business entities for his clients.

When he is not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, following Texas
Longhorn football, fishing, camping and just about any outdoor activity. Brian is also an avid
cyclist and enjoys riding his bike as often as possible, usually around White Rock Lake.
Brian is a 13th generation Texan whose family traces its roots to the founders of the City of San
Antonio, his family having come to Texas from Spain in the 18th century.
