Formed in 1995 by Robert J. Axley and Kathryn Koons Hargrove, the firm changed its name effective August 1, 2006, to reflect Bob’s departure and success on his own as founding real estate partner of Cottonwood Partners and Kathy’s return to her original name.  Koons Real Estate Law is a growing real estate boutique of six attorneys, two paralegals and a great staff practicing in all areas of commercial real estate throughout Texas and in other states as well.  Our practice includes real estate development, acquisition, disposition, entity formations, financing, land use, zoning and condemnation.  If it’s related to dirt development or investment, Koons Real Estate Law will move mountains to exceed your expectations.
